Frequently Asked Questions

Genuine Original paintings by Tatiana iliina

All of my original paintings are genuine hand painted original artworks that I paint myself in my Montreal studio.

My Paintings Are Ready-to-Hang

All of my paintings are ready-to-hang, stretched and mounted, with wire attached, ready for your wall! In certain clearly explained cases, some very large paintings will be shipped rolled, either with or without the stretcher boards.

Signed

All of my paintings are hand signed both on the back and front of the canvas.

Certificate of Authenticity

I provide a signed certificate of authenticity showing the painting name and details with each artwork.

Payment

I accept payment securely by Paypal and credit cards via Paypal. If you would like to pay by other method, such as check, money order, wire transfer, Interac email payment in Canada, etc., please inquire to make arrangements.

Shipping

I ship worldwide, normally using the services of Canada Post, and other couriers as needed. With each shipment I provide a tracking number for the customer. Usually my paintings shipped within the U.S.  and Canada arrive within a week of shipment.

Packing

I have shipped 1000s of my paintings around the world, including to all 50 states of the U.S. and 10 provinces of Canada.  I have developed specialized packaging techniques to ensure the secure arrival of your painting.

Very Large Canvases

Some of my larger canvases may be shipped unmounted, due to constraints of postal or shipping services. In certain cases, extra large canvases may be shipped rolled without the stretcher boards if they are too long for shipping. In any event, it is clearly indicated in the description when a canvas is to be shipped rolled.

Commissions

Yes! I do accept commissions. Please feel free to contact me to request a painting made to order for your unique situation. Whether you would like an original reprise of a painting of mine that is already sold, or something larger or smaller, or a different color but similar, I look forward to discussing with you.
